We knew we wanted to travel to Europe, but we were overwhelmed on how to get started. We narrowed it down to the countries we wanted to visit. We were exceptionally pleased with Artoo Travel and Stephane Vouillaume in particular. We were in three countries (Netherlands, Belgium and France) and we wished to do certain specific things (tulips, Vermeer show, Giverny) among others, and everything worked like a charm. We particularly enjoyed the locations of our 3 hotels, since we walk about a great deal and each one provided excellent access to sights and neighborhoods with high quality service. Stephane also provided excellent restaurant suggestions. We also thought the guides and drivers he engaged for us were top notch! As experienced travelers, we appreciated the high professional level of our personal guides.  To be noted: Immediately prior to our trip there were riots in Paris, and Stephane kept us updated with emails and phone calls. He handled our safety and concerns with fine judgment.
